• SafetyCulture is a global, product-led SaaS company with the mission of helping distributed working teams get better every day. • We're a mobile-first operations platform that gives workers a voice, and leaders visibility, to make better decisions in the workplace every day. • An awesome opportunity has arisen for a Customer Success Manager to join our team, with a focus on the LATAM market. • Partnering with customers to understand business objectives, you will be dedicated to deliver ROI throughout the entire customer lifecycle. • You will educate customers on new products, features and best practices and provide a level of service that inspires our customers to champion SafetyCulture. • Your dedication to our mission and customer centric approach will ensure you create seamless and positive experiences for our customers.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience working in a customer facing role • A background in leveraging data through a variety of tools to inform and execute strategies that encourage product adoption • Persuasion and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate up and down an organisation • Passionate about building lasting relationships with customers and colleagues • Ability to actively listen, understand customer pain points and take action • Enjoy working in a fast-paced organisation & easily adapt to changes in roles and responsibilities • Full business proficiency in English, Spanish and Portuguese language ideally
