β€’ Current Associates are not eligible for Retention or Sign On Bonuses. β€’ Manage existing government agencies with a significant emphasis to driving increased sales penetration to new and existing ship-to locations β€’ Enhance customer satisfaction and retention through regular customer contact and problem resolution β€’ Meet or exceed sales and net profit goals for government agencies at either the Master and/or Ship-to level β€’ Develop customer relationships through regular customer contact in person and over the phone β€’ Establish new ship to locations within the agencies that you control β€’ Consultative approach to reviewing customer purchases, monitor critical customer metrics and recommend purchase saving opportunities through regular account reviews β€’ Provide training to customers on internet features and functionality

Requirements

β€’ High school diploma or GED required β€’ 2 or more years selling experience within Federal agencies β€’ Proven business development ability β€’ Strong communication skills (written and verbal) β€’ Demonstrated experience working with customers with a consultative sales approach β€’ Strong business acumen and problem solving skills β€’ Computer Literacy (including internet) β€’ 30-40% travel
