Description

• As an Account Manager at Vibrent Health, you will grow account revenue with existing clients. • Create and manage strategic account plans for each of your named accounts. • Build a solid sales pipeline and own both the sales process and client relationships. • Effectively share Vibrent Health’s value proposition in consultative conversations. • Help identify additional researcher needs and recognize effective solutions. • Proven track record of identifying and closing revenue opportunities with clients. • Ability and willingness to put the broader success of the company first. • This role will require travel.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in health sciences, communications, or business; MPH preferred • 3 years of experience in a revenue generating account management role with academic medical centers • 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role • Experience with health research methodologies, digital health technologies, and digital clinical trials • Demonstrated success in expanding business with current academic medical center clients in a SaaS business model • Strong “closer” with successful track record of coordinating a complex sales process from initial contact to signature • Demonstrable critical thinking and analytical skills • Highly skilled in Salesforce usage for pipeline management • Ability to synthesize large amounts of disparate information, qualitative and quantitative • Strong interpersonal skills • Strong bias to action • Works well under deadlines and tight schedules • Comfort level reporting to C-level leadership about account plans, forecasting, and pipeline growth.
