β€’ Using knowledge of your accounts, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions. β€’ Take ownership of making BizLink successful with customers within your accounts. β€’ Develop a trusted advisor relationship with your key accounts and customer stakeholders. β€’ Act as the liaison between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of our solutions. β€’ Help prepare the annual sales budget for your accounts. β€’ Meet the budgeted sales and margin numbers for your accounts. β€’ Take corrective actions to mitigate any possible missed targets. β€’ Meet sales targets set for new business development for your accounts. β€’ Collect and provide accurate sales forecast information. β€’ Be the main contact for the receipt of all RFQs for new part numbers and the delivery of all quotes. β€’ Work with internal teams on price setting to maintain a fair and reasonable profit. β€’ Investigate and analyze root causes of quality issues and provide solutions to improve quality. β€’ Handle any other tasks as assigned by the reporting manager.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Proven track record of selling, and/or deploying technology solutions. β€’ Proven experience in providing interconnect solutions to clients. β€’ Outstanding pre-and post-sales account management and follow-through skills, resourcefulness, and attention to detail. β€’ Ability to design and present technical solutions to meet customer requirements. β€’ Working knowledge of customer products and technologies supported by BizLink. β€’ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. β€’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills; professional presentation skills. β€’ Self-motivated, cooperative attitude; team player. β€’ Excellent interpersonal and time management skills. β€’ Detail-oriented, able to multi-task and deal with tight deadlines and stress. β€’ Ability to learn new technologies quickly. β€’ Strive for continuous improvement in all aspects of your job.
