• We are seeking a highly driven and proactive Business Development Manager to lead our strategic efforts in accelerating the adoption of Starknet. • In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for identifying and nurturing high-impact partnerships across various sectors, with a focus on building lasting, collaborative relationships that foster sustainable ecosystem growth. • This role requires an experienced professional who is deeply embedded and well-networked in the blockchain space and can confidently forge high-impact partnerships. • Key Responsibilities: • Strategic Partnerships Development • Identify and pursue high-value partnerships with critical players from within and beyond the web3 space, including: institutions, deFi, KoL, mobile and payments projects, etc. • Foster and cultivate relationships with institutional funds, VCs, and other key players to integrate Starknet projects into their portfolios and strategies. • Deal Execution • Lead end-to-end deal processes, including identifying opportunities, negotiating terms, closing partnerships and managing integrations. • Design and execute joint go-to-market strategies with partners to drive mutual growth and ecosystem development. • Market Analysis • Perform in-depth market analysis to uncover emerging trends, opportunities and challenges within the blockchain landscape, providing critical insights that inform strategic decision-making and ensure the company stays ahead of industry developments. • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations that will shape the Foundation’s partnership and growth strategies. • Ecosystem Engagement • Provide thought leadership and representation for the Foundation at industry conferences, panels, webinars, and partner events to build brand presence and foster relationships. • Collaborate with internal teams (technical, legal, and marketing) to ensure alignment and execution of partnership initiatives.
• Accomplished Business Development professional with a proven track record of leading high-level partnership negotiations and effectively managing discussions across all organizational levels. • Deep network and proven track record of closing high-impact deals across a variety sectors, including web3. • Proven ability to establish, nurture, and manage long-term relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, including partners, investors, developers and Leaders. • Deep understanding of the Layer 2 landscape, DeFi, and blockchain infrastructure and ability to work closely with technical stakeholders. • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilities. • Strong analytical skills with expertise in identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities. • Entrepreneurial and ambitious, with the drive to succeed and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment. • Crypto-native with strong conviction and deep passion for blockchain technology and its potential to revolutionize industries.
