• We are looking for a strategic and analytical Revenue Operations Lead to drive accountability across the organization’s revenue functions. • As an individual contributor reporting directly to the CEO, you will attend all key revenue meetings, ensure leaders are held accountable to targets and initiatives, and play a critical role in preparing content for board meetings. • The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of revenue operations, specifically sales, excels at data analysis, and can effectively communicate complex insights to both leadership and the board.
• You have 5+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a similar role, with a strong understanding of end-to-end revenue processes. • You are highly skilled in data analysis, revenue forecasting, and reporting tools (Salesforce, Tableau, etc.). • You are confident in holding senior leaders accountable and pushing for performance improvements in a tactful and strategic manner. • You have experience preparing content for C-suite and board-level presentations, with an ability to communicate complex data clearly and concisely. • You are an independent self-starter, capable of driving initiatives and owning results without the need for micromanagement. • You have exceptional communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and influence key stakeholders. • You are highly organized, with a strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities. • Bonus points if you are familiar with the challenges and growth strategies of high-growth companies, particularly in SaaS or technology industries.
