Description

• The Associate Account Executive is responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, driving revenue growth, and assisting in client relationships. • This role involves assisting with sales activities, maintaining customer accounts, and contributing to the overall success of the sales department. • The Associate Account Executive will work closely with other Account Executives to learn and develop skills in sales and account management. • Proactively seek out new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, and networking. • Qualify leads and schedule meetings or calls with potential clients. • Assist in managing and nurturing relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. • Support Account Executives in handling client inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions. • Regularly communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on products or services. • Collaborate with the sales team to identify new sales opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them. • Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts for prospective clients. • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and gather competitive intelligence. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activities, and account information in the CRM system. • Monitor and track client accounts to ensure timely follow-up and adherence to sales processes. • Develop a strong understanding of the company’s products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to clients. • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market conditions. • Actively seek opportunities to learn and develop skills in sales, account management, and client relations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. • 0-2 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field. • Prior experience in a customer-facing role or internship in sales is a plus.
