β’ Represent the Made In brand by managing and growing net-new and existing accounts within your specified vertical industry and/or region β’ Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals and key performance indicators through proactive outbound sales efforts β’ Deliver a predictable and scalable outbound sales process to fill your pipeline and close deals (including cold calling, cold emailing, social selling etc.) β’ Manage full sales cycle and post-sale logistics for large commercial orders including quoting, payment processing, and delivery β’ Manage, track and report sales activities, pipeline development, forecast, and delivered revenue via Salesforce and other sales tools β’ Understand and evaluate customer objectives and provide solutions to generate add-on sales opportunities
β’ At least 2-3 years of experience in sales or business development β’ The ability to drive deals independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment β’ Experience developing sales opportunities via outbound efforts (ie: cold calling, cold email campaigns etc.) β’ Passionate about delivering top-notch customer service and communication β’ Low ego and high horsepower β’ Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities on a simultaneous basis β’ Highly motivated and results driven β’ Possess high attention to detail, prioritization, time management and organizational skills with a positive, goal-oriented attitude β’ Strong eagerness to learn and grow within a start-up environment and collaborate with the broader Commercial Sales team β’ Prior experience or understanding of the corporate hospitality industry is a plus
