β€’ Are you ready to supercharge growth in the EdTech world? β€’ We're on the hunt for a dynamic Head of UA who lives and breathes user acquisition and knows how to scale subscription-based businesses like a pro. β€’ Main goal: drive profit after marketing across multiple products/channels/UA acquisition tools. β€’ Drive Results Through Automation: Be the mastermind behind automating our UA efforts. β€’ Lead and Grow the Team: Manage a small but mighty team of User Acquisition Managers (UAM). β€’ Scale New Directions: Take the reins on web2web purchasing funnels and SKAN/Web2app for iOS and Android to expand our reach. β€’ Expand Existing Channels: Elevate our current channels like Meta to new heights. β€’ Be the Analytics Insider: Act as the primary stakeholder for marketing analytics. β€’ Launch New Frontiers: Spearhead the introduction of new channels such as Google, TikTok, Applovin and others. β€’ Collaborate with Creatives: Work closely with our creative team to dive deep into spend on new creatives that captivate our audience. β€’ Collaborate with Product and Monetization Teams: Partner closely with our product and monetization teams to optimize user value and unlock new audience opportunities. β€’ Launch New Web2Web Funnels: Collaborate to launch and optimize new web2web purchasing funnels that drive user acquisition. β€’ Extract Market Insights: Continuously seek and analyze market trends and best practices to inform strategies and stay ahead of the competition.

Requirements

β€’ Leadership Experience: You've built teams from the ground up and aren't afraid to make the tough calls. β€’ Hands-On Campaign Launches: You've personally launched campaigns from scratch to over $10k+ in daily ROI-positive returns on Meta, Google Display/Search, TikTok, and possibly networks like Applovin. β€’ Scaling Expert: Taking channels from $10k+ daily to 20x-100x growth? That's your jam. β€’ Automation Savvy: You have hands-on experience with automating purchasing processes using both internal and external tools. β€’ Cross-Functional Collaborator: You're a pro at working with creative, monetization, product, and analytics teams to drive collective success. β€’ Strategic Thinker: Participation in planning and breaking down goals at the team level comes naturally to you. β€’ Market Maven: You keep your finger on the pulse of industry best practices and maintain strong market contacts. β€’ Mentor at Heart: You're committed to the professional development of your team and love seeing others grow. β€’ Attribution Guru: Deep expertise with MMPs like AppsFlyer or Adjust is a must. β€’ Analyst at Heart: You make data-driven decisions and aren't afraid to get your hands dirty. You can collect raw data, process it, and draw actionable insights to drive strategy.
