• Directly manage an assigned industry segment and partner portfolio across multiple product sets to drive new revenue-generating business within the digital, ticketing and data landscapes • Negotiate business development deals with partners to develop new streams of revenue • Take ownership of the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring exceptional partner satisfaction and long-term relationship • Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to meet and exceed assigned revenue targets • In collaboration with the Head of Growth Markets, develop new business plans for initiatives, products, and services that can leverage WMT’s technology improve competitive advantages • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the sports and entertainment industry to expand market presence • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver tailored technology solutions that align with partner needs and drive business success • Manage relationships with other technology companies, ticket marketplaces, primary ticketing systems, startups, etc. and subsequently develop strategic partnerships and incremental revenue opportunities
• A strong work ethic and an entrepreneurial spirit • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (or equivalent experience) • 10+ years of experience in sales, or business development roles • Deep experience owning the entire sales process from initial outreach to contract execution • Experience with negotiating proposals and contracts, as well as executing and extending agreements • Experience selling Digital Platforms (e.g., Web, Mobile Apps, Smart TV apps, Video Streaming, Digital Marketing), Marketing & Content Services, Data Services, and/or Ticket Platforms (primary and secondary) • Passion for technology, sports and live entertainment • A willingness to wear multiple hats and work on projects of all types • Exceptional listening, problem-solving and communication skills • Experience working remotely
