Description

• Hold direct responsibility for the overall growth of Men in Blazers Media Networks audience and content offerings, including audio, visual, social media and newsletters. • Develop always-on and tentpole marketing strategies to better reach and acquire various audience segments from soccer “curious” through to soccer “obsessed”. • Prioritize and manage campaigns through existing owned and operated channels to maximize reach and growth. • Constantly track, review, and adjust strategy based upon data and analytics from past and current marketing campaigns. • Work closely with finance and senior leadership teams to develop budget & revenue projections.

Requirements

• 10+ years experience in marketing, ideally in a growth or performance focused environment • Experience working in a fast paced, remote, start up digital content environment, with the ability to accomplish goals with a lean team • Proven case studies of successful growth marketing campaigns that creatively addressed a business need • Deep passion for the game of soccer, and an understanding of the unique interests and needs of fans both domestically and internationally. • Willingness to work some nights, weekends, and holidays around business needs and the global soccer schedule • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Specifically, an innate ability to build, present, and pitch creative marketing strategies to both internal and external stakeholders.
