• Develop and execute strategic plans for managing complex cases, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement within the organization • Build and lead the team that will manage complex litigation cases from inception to completion • Serve as the primary point of contact across the operations organization for complex cases • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards governing court reporting services • Partner with Go-to-Market and operations teams on building proposals for prospective cases • Implement quality control measures to guarantee the accuracy and reliability of court reporting services
• 7+ years of complex case management experience within the court reporting industry • Previous experience with structuring and scaling teams through different phases of a company’s growth • Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment and adapt to changing priorities • Operate with a strong sense of ethics around things like confidentiality, discretion, and integrity • Comfortable speaking ‘court reporting’ with Sales and strategy, systems, process efficiency, and margin with other leaders
