Description

• Drive projects on behalf of the COO, focusing on company priorities and growth opportunities • Be the “right hand” of the COO by leading strategic projects and initiatives • Conduct detailed research and distill takeaways into succinct points • Own project management of timely preparation and creation of presentation materials • Attend meetings on behalf of COO, represent his viewpoints and report back for alignment

Requirements

• Proven experience in a strategic operations or strategy role, ideally at a high growth startup • Experience managing teams and enjoy fostering teamwork and getting results • High aptitude and ability to rapidly self-teach on a wide range of topics • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven mindset • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across departments
