📋 Description

• Play a key role in driving initiatives that support Stitch Fix’s vision and operational goals. • Manage and support key strategic initiatives, ensuring clear deliverables, timelines, and outcomes. • Build and maintain strong partnerships with cross-functional teams. • Provide in-depth financial modeling and analysis to guide business decisions. • Assist in identifying gaps or inefficiencies in current processes and recommend actionable improvements. • Develop tools, processes, and ways of working that help teams deliver impactful results. • Translate data and insights into actionable recommendations.

🎯 Requirements

• 4–6+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or related roles, with a strong focus on financial modeling and analysis. • Skilled at managing initiatives from start to finish. • Experience preparing materials for senior executives and/or board of directors. • Analytical thinker who can distill complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations. • Adaptable and thrive in dynamic environments, balancing competing priorities. • Excellent communicator, able to tailor messages to different audiences.
