📋 Description
• A Commercial Lines Account Manager for an independent insurance and surety provider in Michigan. • The Account Manager assists in the production of new accounts and the retention of existing accounts. • This individual is part of the Commercial Lines team and provides prompt, efficient and high-quality service to customers in support of Producer/agency activities.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of Commercial Lines Account Manager experience • Property & Casualty License required • Professional Designations encouraged • Working knowledge of all Commercial Lines products • Excellent organization, planning, and prioritization skills • High level of computer proficiency • Work equally well independently and as a team • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong analytical, problem solving and judgment skills • Self-starter and results-oriented team player with a constant focus on improving process • Ability to work efficiently with little direction in fast-paced environment • Working knowledge of AMS360 account management system is preferred
