• JBS Industries is seeking a motivated and self-driven National Sales Account Manager to grow and develop a new territory. • Develop a comprehensive 12-month plan and budget to drive strategic growth. • Travel within a 300-mile region to engage with all wash operators and build strong relationships. • Leverage CRM Sales Now tools to optimize account growth and management. • Drive sales of new POS products to increase revenue streams. • Continuously identify and pursue new business opportunities for sustained growth.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in the car wash industry. • Proven sales experience with manufacturers or chemical producers, with a strong understanding of equipment and machinery. • Demonstrated ability to lead and achieve sales targets consistently. • Highly flexible, self-motivated, and capable of managing tasks independently to achieve results. • Proven track record in managing large accounts and distributors effectively. • Strong skills and drive for cold calling to generate new business opportunities.
