• Lead the creation and enhancement of innovative mobile applications. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including curriculum subject matter experts, marketing, and school leadership. • Establish and articulate the strategic vision for mobile app products. • Oversee the entire product lifecycle from concept, specification, and launch to adoption and performance. • Conduct customer research and engagement activities to gather feedback. • Develop and execute engagement tactics such as loyalty programs and personalized user experiences.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of related professional experience. • 5+ years managing specific area. • Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in a relevant field. • Recognized industry certification in Product Management. • Experience launching 0>1 products to B2C and B2B market. • Strong understanding of user engagement strategies and tactics. • Proven success driving change management for new product features among existing customers.
