Requirements

• Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience • 2-3 years of experience in Human Resources • Knowledge of HR processes, policies, and best practices • Technical aptitude and curiosity about new tools and technologies • Proficiency with Workday, with a strong focus on data accuracy and management • Written and verbal English communication skills with a focus on providing customer service and distilling complex information • Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex situations • Collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and cross-culturally in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Detail-oriented, with a focus on accuracy and quality • Strong organizational skills and project management skills • Ability to navigate ambiguity effectively
