• Responsible for intake of all telephone calls and inquiries from claimants and policyholders. • Primary contact for Members, addressing Customer inquiries and identifying solutions. • Support and take ownership of member inquiries through inbound calls. • Some inquiries will require research and outbound follow-up. • Inquiries focus on eligibility, coverage, and claims details. • Effectively listen to members to determine the best course of action. • Assist members empathetically through the claims process. • Provide feedback to identify changes needed for improved client experience. • Achieve productivity, scheduled adherence, and quality assurance expectations.
