Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in ad operations. • Proven track record of optimizing campaign performance. • Excellent analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Looker, Amplitude, Excel. • Strong orientation towards performance and a passion for meeting goals. • Demonstrated collaboration with customer success, account executives, or other customer-facing teams. • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Self-sufficient high performer who enjoys driving team success. • Experience in the mobile gaming or ad-tech market is a significant plus. • Experience with Singular, Adjust, Appsflyer, Everflow, Impact
