β€’ Work with Sales Teams and prospects on their evaluation and adoption of SuperTokens solutions. β€’ Understand customer goals and how SuperTokens’s solution can address those needs. β€’ Assist in the Sales process including technical discovery, technical demo, Proof of Concept (POC), RFP responses. β€’ Deep technical discussions around APIs, SDKs, and security frameworks (OAuth, OpenID Connect, JWTs). β€’ Distill and advocate customer interests, needs and product feedback in order to relay to Product and Engineering teams. β€’ Continuously learn and update skills and stay aware of industry trends in the Identity and access management (IAM) space in general and authentication in particular. β€’ Track and report key success metrics such as customer adoption rates, technical issue resolution time, and successful POCs.

Requirements

β€’ 2+ years experience in a customer-facing technical role (SE, SA, consultant, PM), ideally in the SaaS space. β€’ Previous software development experience. β€’ Great oral and written communication skills. β€’ Superior organizational skills working with multiple customers and can switch context quickly throughout the day with various competing demands and attention to detail. β€’ Obsessed with Solving Customer Problems. β€’ Experience at our early-stage start-ups and ability/desire to wear many hats.
