Requirements

• Must have a high school diploma or GED • Must be 18 years of age or older • Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service • Good communication skills, verbally and written • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of customers • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively • Proficient in PC operation and navigation
