• At Support Revolution, we’re shaking up the IT support industry, helping businesses break free from the status quo with smarter, more cost-effective solutions. • As a Pre-Sales Consultant, you’ll be the driving force behind our mission - guiding prospects, delivering compelling demos, and proving why we’re the best in the game. • Working closely with the global commercial team to provide technical support through the sales process • Use a consultative commercial approach to understand client needs, address objections, and showcase our support services • Deliver engaging technical presentations that highlight the value of Support Revolution • Analyse customer support histories to identify pain points and tailor solutions • Manage technical pre-sales activities, collaborating with our subject matter experts across the Oracle, SAP, and Security practices • Support the Sales team by handling complex customer queries and ensuring seamless communication between teams • Maintain technical data in the CRM and contribute to commercial tenders and marketing efforts • Oversee the technical transition from sales to onboarding, ensuring a smooth customer experience • Vet products for support, identify risks for contract negotiations, and suggest process improvements • Continuously developing your knowledge of the Oracle and SAP third-party support industry, reviewing vendor and competitor services and products and industry changes for comparable and improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in pre-sales, technical consulting, or solution engineering, preferably with Oracle or SAP ERP and Database solutions • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences • A problem-solver who can analyse customer pain points and align solutions to their needs • Ability to collaborate across teams, from sales and marketing to technical experts • Strong knowledge of Oracle, ideally with working knowledge of SAP, PeopleSoft, or VMware as a minimum • Highly organised with experience managing CRM data and sales collateral • A proactive mindset, always looking for ways to improve processes and drive efficiency.
