• Proven track record and success delivering financial crimes and compliance solutions • Strong communication and presentation skills • Expert understanding of the financial crime and compliance addressable market • Experience in AML and Business Intelligence: AML Model Validations and Governance • Deep knowledge of the Fraud Protection and Compliance Lifecycle • Certification is a plus (CAMS, AML Specialist Certification, CAML) • Must be willing to travel to customer sites 40%+
