Description

• Responsible for the accounting records and administrative matters covering all clients, projects, and entities • Prepare significant internal managerial reports using the basic underlying financial accounting records • Ensure basic accounting records are maintained timely and accurately • Facilitate the month-end and year-end close process • Coordinate and collaborate with accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll employees • Complete periodic bank reconciliations and other balance sheet reconciliations • Gather support for all balance sheet items and maintain an “audit ready” balance sheet • Facilitate financial reporting and budgeting at operational and consolidated levels • Prepare budget and financial forecasts and report on variances monthly • Make debt payments on a timely basis • Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting • Work with external auditors to provide timely responses to requested information • Develop and document business processes and accounting policies • Administer detailed manual spreadsheets for GAAP calculations • Facilitate external reporting to lenders and analyze potential add-on acquisitions

Requirements

• Must be eligible for employment within the United States • Must be able to pass an extensive background check and drug screening • Valid and current CPA certificate and license in the State • Strong understanding of US GAAP principles and financial reporting technical skills • Bachelor's degree in Accounting • 10 or more years of accounting experience • Previous Workday Experience • Strong organizational and time management skills • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks • Must be a self-starter and driven • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities • Ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels • Display sound judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisions • Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions • Ability to work independently and as a team member • Strong data analysis and forecasting skills
