Description

• SurePoint® Technologies develops software for mid-sized law firms to enhance workflow efficiency and maximize financial performance. • Acclaimed cloud solutions integrate client management, practice management, and financial operations. • Seeking a proactive, organized, and solution-focused Project Manager to join a dynamic team. • Blend of strategic thinking and hands-on project management to deliver software implementation projects. • Experience in managing complex projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and client expectations are met. • Thrive in a collaborative environment, demonstrate initiative, and create processes for scalable success.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. • Certifications: PMP certification or equivalent project management certification highly desirable. • Experience: 5+ years of project management experience, ideally in a software or SaaS environment. • Experience in the legal technology industry or working with law firms is a plus. • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and best practices specific to service industries (e.g., IT services, consulting, professional services). • Proficiency in risk assessment, budget management, and resource allocation. • Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization and with external clients. • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and drive results in service project environments.
