Description

• Work on a cross-functional project team responsible for the delivery of Interactive Response Technology (IRT) for randomization and drug supply management • Design the IRT solution to meet the study requirements • Accurately document all requirements • Lead the internal team review of draft specifications • Lead client review and obtain approval • Responsible for UAT plan and coordinate data setup • Primary point of contact for design questions • Lead client UAT of the IRT system • Support re-design or implementation of new features • Identify and assist with process improvements • Assist the product team with design and development • Travel to client sites for meetings and training • Assist customer care team with user support • Assist with training new staff members • Perform other related duties as required

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required • Interpersonal and communication skills • Time management and organizational skills • Analytical and systematic thinking ability • Creative problem solving • Ability to understand technical details and translate them to non-technical users • Attention to detail
