β€’ Provide customer service support for loan portfolios β€’ Resolve inbound and make outbound service calls regarding collateral protection insurance coverage β€’ Research, verify, update loan insurance information and document account history β€’ Refer complex questions to appropriate resources for customer satisfaction β€’ Assist in performing time-sensitive account maintenance β€’ Ensure accuracy and completeness of insurance data updates β€’ Prepare and mail insurance policies and proof of insurance requests

Requirements

β€’ High School Diploma or equivalency required β€’ Minimum of zero to six (0-6) months of data entry, in-bound, out-bound or other related call center, telemarketing or related experience β€’ Insurance or banking experience preferred β€’ Excellent interpersonal, organizational and telephone etiquette skills β€’ Strong workflow and communication skills (both written and oral) β€’ Able to operate a computer and basic office equipment β€’ Able to type 40 WPM accurately and operate a 10-key calculator by touch
