📋 Description

• At Sybill.ai, we enable B2B sales reps to close 300% more revenue. • As an SMB Account Executive, you'll drive customer acquisition in our SMB segment. • Join a small team of high performers for an AI-first B2B software company. • Manage prospects from lead to close and meet or exceed quarterly sales targets. • Work collaboratively across teams - including Engineering, Product, and Marketing.

🎯 Requirements

• Bring 3+ years of relevant closing experience, ideally within a SaaS environment. Experience in a Product-Led Growth company is a plus. • Demonstrated ability to effectively identify, engage, and convert leads into profitable business, along with a consistent record of exceeding sales goals. • Possess exceptional presentation and communication skills, particularly when engaging with executives and leaders. • Can proactively identify pain points in the product with our customers. • Have a humble attitude, an eagerness to help others, and a desire to pick up whatever knowledge you're missing to make both your team and our customers succeed. • Operate with high horsepower, have strong problem-solving skills, are adept at frequent context switching, effectively manage working on multiple projects at once with expansive ownership, and ruthlessly prioritize. • Must be based in the US.
