📋 Description

• Take ownership of inbound prospecting efforts • Actively identify and engage potential enterprise customers • Utilize a proactive approach in conversations with prospects • Employ strategic tactics to educate prospects on solutions • Drive individual sales targets and contribute to team objectives • Implement effective sales strategies to meet targets • Consult to understand client needs and preferences • Provide tailored recommendations based on client requirements • Foster strong relationships with clients through dedicated service • Collaborate with team members during the sales process • Ensure seamless service delivery during client engagement • Stay updated on market trends in legal tech • Develop knowledge of UniCourt's products and services • Represent UniCourt at industry events and conferences • Travel as necessary to key industry gatherings

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience • Preference for a law or master’s degree (JD or MBA) • Self-motivation and a strong sense of ownership • Resilience and ability to maintain a positive attitude • Expertise in consultative sales, selling enterprise B2B data solutions • Preferred experience with solutions utilizing structured data • Prior sales experience with solutions involving APIs • Experience with implementation, integration, or consultant partners • Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations and timelines • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
