• Proven experience in recruiting for technical roles, ideally within AI. • Proficiency Greenhouse. • Startup background. • Strong understanding of technical job roles and required skills. • Excellent organizational and communication skills. • Ability to independently manage recruitment pipelines and meet hiring goals. • Located in San Francisco or London. We may consider remote candidates, but our preference is for this role to be at our SF headquarters.
