Description

• Build Europe sales funnel and manage customer relationships. • Partner with cross-functional teams to develop solutions. • Understand customer business challenges and make solutions proposals. • Develop and maintain executive relationships with customers. • Transform business needs into specific hardware, software, or systems recommendations. • Lead sales calls and produce clear executive communications. • Capture customer requirements for product evolution input. • Support commercial activities in other regions as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations research, science, or business required; • MBA or Master’s degree in engineering preferred. • Minimum 12 years’ experience in automation sales. • 5+ years of experience in materials handling industry. • Proven track record of selling $50M+ solutions as well as managing complex projects and proposals in the automated materials handling industry. • Experience with financial analysis, business case justification, and cost/benefit tradeoffs. • Prior experience writing sales proposals. • Strong presentation skills with the confidence to present to large, executive-level audiences and others. • Excellent team player, able to work professionally with various engineering team members. • Excellent critical thinking skills. • Strong sales and customer service skills and commercial instinct. • Demonstrated ability to work in rapidly changing startup environment. • Travel national and international as required by the business.
