• Symmetrio is currently recruiting a Vice President of Sales based in the Midwest US territory for our customer, a leading multi-national medical device company. • This field-based role is responsible for the leadership, development, and success of the Western US sales team. • The ideal candidate will have a strong record of managing a collaborative team and closing high-profile clients in the medical device space. • The candidate will have 10+ years of experience in the medical device space and experience managing a team of 10+ people. • Experience in long sales cycle / strategy development is imperative. • The ideal candidate will be located near a West Coast hub airport. • The position requires up to 50% travel.
• Experience in Medical Device industry • Experience hiring and mentoring a team of sales hunters that will generate new business in the territory as well as expand business in current customer accounts. • Responsibility for managing across several business lines • The ability to accurately forecast quarterly and yearly sales goals • Proficient use of Salesforce or other CRM platform • Extensive IDN/Health network experience • C-Suite experience within hospitals. • While candidates with an MBA are preferred, we will consider individuals with a Bachelor's Degree if they have proven experience leading sales teams.
