• The Vice President of Sales – National Accounts (Lowe’s) will be responsible for driving strategic growth, sales execution, and profitability for our cabinet lines sold through Lowe’s. • This role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, managing high-level relationships with Lowe’s executives, and working cross-functionally with our marketing, product, and supply chain teams to deliver exceptional service and support. • The VP of Sales will be expected to leverage deep knowledge of the home improvement retail landscape, with a focus on category management, to secure and expand our market share.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role managing large national accounts, preferably in the home improvement or building materials industry. • Demonstrated experience managing large-scale retail accounts, specifically with home improvement giants like Lowe’s, Home Depot, or similar. • Strong understanding of category management, pricing strategies, and promotional planning in a retail environment. • Successful track record managing field sales teams and developing relationships with retailer field merchandising teams. • Proven ability to build and sustain relationships with executive decision-makers. • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and forecast effectively. • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. • Proficient computer skills required including Microsoft Office Suite. • Demonstrated successful ability to lead people and get results through others. • Ability to travel up to 50%+.
