• College degree (BA/BS) • Minimum of 7-10 years of B2B sales experience within a high-growth SaaS environment • Minimum of 2+ years of relevant management experience, preferably in SaaS organization • Able to measure and diagnose strategic efficacy and recommend course correction/shifts to business plans • Experience prospecting accounts and managing pipeline to maximize revenue • Proven ability to exceed quota and revenue goals • Ability to connect with prospects specific needs to match Center’s value proposition • Analytical skills to review large data sets to find patterns for improved processes • Effective oral and written and presentation skills • Able to multi-task and effectively manage competing priorities • Ability to work well with people at all levels of the organization • Strong business acumen: able to align sales activities with broader business goals • Self-aware and open to feedback, with a constant drive for improvement in both personal and team performance • Experience with modern sales and business platforms • Ability to travel as needed (less than 15%)
