• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and oral. • You're a strategic thinker with strong negotiation skills, have a strong desire to exceed performance expectations and are customer obsessed. • Experience with Salesforce.com; CRM and billing systems experience a plus. • You thrive is fast paced environment. you're deadline driven and communicate clearly and regularly. • Highly flexible, with solid interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively in a diverse working environment. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Telecommunications, or related field; Master’s degree preferred. • Over 8 years of experience in telecommunications with a significant focus on carrier sales and wholesale operations or a suitable combination of education and experience. • Demonstrable experience in meeting or exceeding sales quotas within a senior management role. • Extensive knowledge of the Canadian telecommunications industry, including its regulatory and competitive landscape. • Proven ability to build and maintain strong business relationships. • Excellent negotiation, strategic thinking, and leadership skills. • Willingness to travel as required for business needs. • A valid driver’s license, access to reliable transportation, and a clean driver’s abstract • Ability to obtain and maintain valid government of Canada security Reliability status • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Work, Excel & PowerPoint
