Description

• Act as the overall global lead and point of contact for the Globalization Team • Serve as the strategic globalization production leader • Drive best practices and lead change management strategies • Ensure global consistency and excellence across all regions and projects • Foster strong client and internal relationships • Oversee Globalization work for all client campaigns • Manage Globalization’s P&L within the client structure • Produce and present financial reports to clients • Conduct client presentations and attend meetings • Ensure quality control and operational excellence across all Globalization Services • Identify new strategic workflows and technology

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in related field • Minimum 8+ years’ experience in globalization, advertising, or a related field • 6+ years people management experience • Proven track record of leading global teams and managing complex global accounts • Strong strategic and operational leadership skills with a focus on client satisfaction and process optimization • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Bilingual • Excellent understanding of localization technology • Highly organized with excellent attention to details • Ability to drive new business & strengthen relationships with global senior stakeholders • Ability to have long-term vision and develop a new business unit
