Description

• TailorCare is transforming the experience of specialty care. • The VP, Market Development will be instrumental in crafting and managing all essential partnerships within a market to drive TailorCare’s success. • This role focuses on creating a comprehensive ecosystem of relationships. • Reporting to the SVP of Growth, this leader will oversee all aspects of network and partner development.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in healthcare payer, provider, and/or services spaces. • Demonstrated success in business development, network and partnership development, contract negotiations, and value-based care arrangements. • Willingness to travel (~50%) and work flexible hours to meet business needs. • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred. • US work authorization required.
