Description

β€’ Tailscale is building the new Internet by delivering software that makes it easy to securely interconnect people and their devices. β€’ You will leverage data analytics, system integrations, and process improvements to drive growth and scalability. β€’ Reporting to our Chief Revenue Officer, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our revenue streams and enhancing operational efficiency across sales, marketing, and customer success teams. β€’ Manage and optimize all sales and revenue-related tools and technologies. β€’ Analyze sales and revenue data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. β€’ Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of revenue strategies. β€’ Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in revenue operations processes. β€’ Provide ongoing training and support on the use of revenue operations tools. β€’ Serve as the main point of contact for our teams, assisting with daily troubleshooting.

Requirements

β€’ Proficiency in sales technologies, including Salesforce (SFDC), HubSpot, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator β€’ Strong Salesforce administration skills, with a proven track record of optimizing the platform to enhance operational performance β€’ Experience in leveraging data analytics and business intelligence tools such as Looker, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights β€’ Familiarity with SaaS business models and product-led growth strategies β€’ Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively across diverse teams
