Description

β€’ Involve in partner operations and tracking progress to goals. β€’ Responsible for reporting & data analysis and monitoring KPIs. β€’ Organize and maintain data for agent performance. β€’ Perform advanced analytics to understand business drivers. β€’ Troubleshoot problems for continuity of partner operation. β€’ Conduct weekly calls for updates on performance. β€’ Support partner employee onboarding and offboarding. β€’ Collaborate with internal and external partner leaders.

Requirements

β€’ BS/BA Degree or equivalent experience required. β€’ 3-5 years contact center management required. β€’ 3-5 years experience with service provider/client management preferred. β€’ Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills. β€’ Superstar verbal and written communication skills. β€’ Exceptional interpersonal skills and a sense of authority. β€’ Outstanding organizational and project management skills. β€’ Experience with managing confidential information. β€’ Experience with MS Office and Google Suite required. β€’ Flexibility to occasionally work nights/weekends/holidays.
