• The Support Specialist provides vital administrative and operational support to the Principal, ATP, coordinating a global network of trainers. • Key responsibilities include maintaining trainer records, assisting with recruitment and performance evaluations, supporting program coordination, and administering technology platforms such as the Accredited Trainer Portal. • This role enhances training quality and contributes to the organization's global expansion efforts.

🎯 Requirements

• Field of Study: Business Administration, Education or Training, Communications or Marketing. • Minimum Years of Experience Required: 1-3 years • Basic project management experience • Experience working in a matrixed organization • Exposure to working with diverse, global audiences • Experience in an entrepreneurial environment supporting and executing programs • Preferred Field of Study: Business Administration, Training, Communications, or Marketing • Preferred Years of Experience: 3-5 years • Experience in a similar support role within a training or educational organization, including hands-on involvement with training program administration and technology platforms. • Familiarity with global training operations and management of a diverse network of trainers. • Proven track record in optimizing administrative processes and supporting strategic initiatives. • Advanced skills in coordinating multiple projects, maintaining detailed records, and utilizing training management systems. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively with stakeholders at various levels.
