• Analyzing complex data, providing results of individual tests and revising and refining experiments as needed • Strong understanding and tracking of metrics related to Conversion rate, Revenue per user, and Lifetime value. • Understand modern tactics of improving website conversion from homepage to sign up to payment. • Understand how user experience and website elements interact with each other and how to optimize that • Improve conversion rate from sign up to payment, increase engagement rate and decrease cancellation rate • Work cross functionally with multiple stakeholders, in multiple departments • An obsession with consumer engagement for long term relationships • Participate in weekly strategic brainstorming sessions per the testing roadmap • Engage 600K users a month to get them to use our product and work to convert to a long term subscription.

Requirements

• A/B and multivariate testing experience • Strong understanding of Data Analytics Principles and Practice • Entrepreneurial mindset and self-motivated • A combination of skills related to Product, Project Management • 3-5 years experience • Strong understanding of subscription based B2C company models
