Description

• Attend trade shows across North America to close deals and follow up on sales leads. • Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails • Understanding customer needs and requirements • Customer onboarding and support • Working with customers to ensure they are successful using the product • Manage public relations activities that will build the company’s reputation in the marketplace • Assist the marketing division with the creation of online ads (copy and graphics) • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• University or College Degree in Marketing or Public Relations. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Demonstrated writing skills (press releases, ad copy) • Graphic design skills (Adobe Suite) • Able to travel within Canada and the United States
