• The Mindshare Referral Program represents one of Talkiatry’s biggest strategic bets for 2024 and beyond. • This program is critical to our vision for transforming how mental healthcare integrates with traditional medicine. • Talkiatry is building the infrastructure that will help millions of patients access care. • As Director of Partnerships, you'll drive growth in key markets by building lasting relationships with regional health system leaders. • You'll own the full partnership lifecycle from initial outreach through successful launch. • This role is not just another sales role, it's a chance to transform mental healthcare delivery in your region.
Requirements
• 7+ years of healthcare partnerships experience, with proven success closing deals with health systems • Track record of building relationships with healthcare executives and physician leaders • Understanding of regional healthcare dynamics and health system operations • Strong analytical capabilities with history of exceeding sales targets • Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills • Healthcare technology experience preferred • Ability to travel as needed • Bachelor's degree required
