Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in account management/business development, with focus on provider relationships • Track record of building and leading high-performing teams • Experience managing relationships with health system executives and clinical leaders • Strong analytical mindset with proven success using data to drive partner outcomes • Strategic thinker who can build scalable processes while maintaining service quality • Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead a team in a fast-paced environment • Strong knowledge of CRM tools, Hubspot preferred, and account management best practices. • Proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel and SQL preferred • Healthcare technology experience preferred • Bachelor’s degree required
