Description

• Cultivate and manage relationships with senior executives and decision-makers at high-priority and assigned payer accounts • Understand industry trends, challenges, and competitive landscapes to inform strategic initiatives • Develop and present compelling proposals showcasing the value of Talkspace’s solutions to clients • Oversee the sales cycle for new payer accounts, from prospecting to contract negotiation and closure • Assist with business development initiatives and partnerships to drive referrals • Foster collaboration across internal departments to ensure successful implementation and delivery of services • Lead contract negotiations with national payers to secure favorable reimbursement rates and conditions • Monitor relevant state and federal legislation that could impact negotiations with health plans • Resolve escalated complaints that may affect Talkspace’s relationships with payers

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience managing payer relationships and contracting in healthcare, including negotiation and implementation • 5+ years of experience in behavioral healthcare, preferably at a regional or national level • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus) • Proven track record of driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives • Ability to work collaboratively with senior clinicians, C-suite executives, and other leaders to align on organizational goals • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess client needs and develop customized solutions • Proficiency in using CRM software (Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Google Sheets, etc.) • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including public speaking and proposal development • Results-oriented with a track record of exceeding sales targets and goals
