• Serve as the IT Business Partner for Customer Service teams • Ensure strong alignment between business requirements and IT services • Provide IT consulting focused on creating value • Maintain Business Partner relationship and engage with business proactively • Understand business needs and translate them into IT requirements • Evaluate customer satisfaction and gather business feedback • Manage business complaints with CoE/CoC specialists as needed • Identify and manage Customer Service demands aligned with business value
Requirements
• Bachelor of Engineering in related discipline • Master’s degree in Engineering (preferred) • 10 years of related experience • 5 years management experience
