Description

•Responsible for generating new agent network relationships and managing existing agent relationships. •Maintain and manage existing network relationships, including contract renewals and support. •Act as a consultant to manage, cross sell products, and grow revenue. •Interact with other areas to create and execute business development programs. •Generate and analyze reports to anticipate opportunities and risks. •Sell entire Western Union portfolio brands and services. •Accountable for meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.

Requirements

•5 - 7 years of experience in previous sales and relationship management. •Perform sales within the field to meet and exceed transaction and revenue growth objectives in your assigned area. •Hunting mindset with executive presence. •Demonstrated negotiation and presentation skills. •Ability to manage portfolio of accounts and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. •Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and receiving positive customer feedback. •Experience in the check cashing industry highly preferred. •Bilingual/bi-cultural experience is highly desired. •Bilingual in English and Spanish highly preferred. •Valid Driver’s License is required as this position requires regular travel within a defined region. •Prior money transfer or financial services experience is preferred.
