Description

• The Clinical Account Manager (“CAM”) is responsible for driving account utilization of IOPS • This position is a hands-on role, requiring in-person customer meetings, procedural support in the operating room. • Provides clinical and product expertise to drive successful adoption and use of company products in existing and new accounts. • Provides account procedural support during cases in which IOPS is used. • Maintains existing business by driving utilization of company products. • Works to create greater awareness of IOPS at existing customers, including increasing the number of physicians and support staff who utilize IOPS. • Responsible for creating and implementing plans for existing accounts to help them succeed with the IOPS platform. • Assists with limited market release of new products. • Educates through case coverage, in-services, and office calls to drive toward account independence. • Collects information and data from clinical use of company products to facilitate product development and strategic planning. • Performs minor service or repair on products in the field. • Attends internal/external education meetings and maintains skills and clinical competency. • Attends clinical conferences to provide exhibit support, meet with existing customers for relationship-building or other reasons.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in a scientific field, Bachelor’s degree preferred • 5+ years of educational or on-the-job training in radiologic technology, interventional radiology, or endovascular interventions • Ability to rapidly acquire knowledge for all Centerline Biomedical products while working with the Engineering, Sales, and Marketing personnel • Familiarity with technical and clinical aspects of image-guided vascular interventions • Good understanding of fluoroscopic imaging; interventional devices such as guidewires, catheters, and sheaths; and minimally invasive implants such as stents and stent-grafts • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with audiences including medical doctors, surgical staff, and hospital administrative staff • Very high level of computer literacy and ability to follow technical instructions • Good collaboration skills, including working within cross functional teams to provide clinical, customer and market input during strategic and R&D discussions • Excellent organizational and decision-making abilities • Ability to travel up to 80% of the time
