• Join the visionary team at Tamnoon and help us shape the future of cloud security! • Tamnoon is a leader in Managed Cloud Security Services, combining cutting-edge technology with human expertise to address a critical need in the industry. • We are looking for a proactive and experienced Talent Acquisition & HR Manager to lead our talent acquisition efforts and ensure seamless HR operations that support our employees and managers. • In this role, you will play a key part in driving talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent for our fast growing teams, while ensuring the company’s HR policies and processes are effectively implemented and aligned with our growth objectives.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a talent acquisition and HR in a startup or fast-growing company. • Strong experience in full-cycle talent acquisition, particularly in a high-growth or scaling environment. • Solid understanding of HR operations, including onboarding, off boarding, and employee relations. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and partner with stakeholders at all levels. • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations. • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • A proactive approach, with a passion for learning and take new initiatives.
